例えば日本人は毛沢東を（もうたくとう）と呼ぶ。これが正しくない。本人に向かって、「もうたくとう さん」と呼びかけても、本人はきょとんとするだろう。Ｍａｏ Ｚｅｄｏｎｇ、（強いて書くなら「まおつぇーどんぐ」が正しい呼び方だ。 逆に、田中さんに対し、「たなかさん」と言ってくれれば良いのに、[Ｔｉaｎｚｈｏｎｇ Xianｓｈｅｎｇ］、「てぃえんちょん しぇんしょん」と言われてもこちらはきょとんだ！
地球上の人の名前はただ一通りの呼び方しかなく、日中間、または日韓の人の間で行われているこの奇習？はまこと不可思議としか言いようが無い。人は自分の「名前が聞いて一番快いものだ」といわれるように、正しく名前を言われたときの相手への親近感は相当のものだし、間違って名前を呼ばれたときの不快感も相当のものである。よって、日中の交渉相手や友人間でこのようなとんちんかんなことを続けている限り、友情はもう深まらないのである。人の名前は正しく発音して敬意をもってはっきりと相手に呼びかけなければならない。

Persons only has one name which should be pronounced correctly. The most comfortable thing for human beings is to hear the sound of their own name. The wrong addressing to their name would be very uncomfortable thing. Therefore, this bad habbit would prevent developping furhter friendship between China and Japan. There should be similar thing between Kore and Japan.
